The world of Fani.

Situated in the heart of Tuscany on the road leading from Florence to Siena, Fani Argenterie was established in 1962 as a result of Benito Fani’s passion for Italian goldsmithery and silverware.

Pagamento:

É possibile pagare in maniera sicura attraverso Paypal, con un bonifico bancario o con contrassegno.

Spedizione:

 

La spedizione viene gereralmente effettuata entro 24 ore dalla ricezione del pagamento. La merce viene sempre spedita con corriere DHL e con un metodo tracciato e assicurato.

Al momento della consegna della merce da parte del corriere, il Cliente è tenuto a controllare: che il numero dei colli in consegna corrisponda a quanto indicato nel documento di trasporto; che l'imballo risulti integro, non danneggiato, né bagnato o comunque alterato, anche nei materiali di chiusura.
Eventuali danni all'imballo e/o al prodotto o la mancata corrispondenza del numero dei colli o delle indicazioni, devono essere immediatamente contestati, apponendo "RISERVA DI CONTROLLO SCRITTA" sulla prova di consegna del corriere. Una volta firmato il documento del corriere, il Cliente non potrà opporre alcuna contestazione circa le caratteristiche esteriori di quanto consegnato. Eventuali problemi inerenti l'integrità fisica, la corrispondenza o la completezza dei prodotti ricevuti devono essere segnalati entro 7 giorni dalla avvenuta consegna.

Shipping:

Restituzione:

É possibile restituire gli oggetti acquistati entro 7 giorni dal ricevimento delgi stessi. Le spese di restituzione sono a carico del cliente.
