Shipping is now extra as the USPS is loosing a lot of mail these days and I can no longer afford to give stuff away free. Some dont understand that the USPS could take to to 3 weeks now  for regular first class mail.

Charging shipping is not what I want to do but I have money invested . Instructions and special envelopes etc. With tracking we keep the post office honest and you can follow your delivery.

Beware of the USA stock listing. These are junk o-rings. I dont sell junk . I sell US made O-rings 


Do not believe Ebay's target dates on delivery ! They are not the USPS they have no clue ! USPS being what is is right now they have no clue on any of the shipping.

Contrary to one neutral feed back these o-rings are special sizes that cannot be bought at the local hardware. Try as you may you wont fix the leak.


THE ACTUAL FITTINGS IN THE PICTURE ARE FOR REFERENCE ONLY. IF YOUR FITTINGS RESEMBLE THESE THEN THIS KIT WILL WORK FOR YOUR LEAKING CONNECTORS.


I DON'T HAVE ANY CONNECTORS FOR SALE JUST THE O-RINGS TO REPAIR THEM .


I included the fittings in the picture only to help you be sure they look like your fittings you need to rebuild.


Here is what your going to get .

Your going to get the proper o-rings (Yes they are Viton !) to rebuild your disconnect . the 2 o-rings for the upper chrome unit and 1 o-ring for the lower black unit.   My kits come with Detailed instructions with pictures !



NOTE : Although its easier . You do not have to remove the tank or the fittings in the tank to do this repair.

Having worked in the place that designed and produced these items for Harley Davidson and helping build the machinery that assembled them I am very versed in the Harley Davidson Fuel Line Disconnect unit. These o-rings are special sizes made for the disconnects !

I know the proper o-rings and sizes.

These are for the Delphi Units 1999 to Present .




My Pic shows the o-rings for 1 single line system  upper and lower fittings .

Harley does not sell a kit to repair these units . I do !

Overseas shipments now use the global shipping option as I have had too many kits get lost. Hopefully this is a cheaper and better option .
