SHIPPING : UPS FREE FAST SHIPPING to US & UK.  Most orders will be shipped within 2 business days unless stated otherwise in the product listing.Orders will be delivered within 3-7 business days. Shipping can take more time because of courier problems. Please contact me if you do not get your order within 10 days after shipping. It might have been stuck somewhere or lost by the courier. Will look into it and help. 

PACKING: We pack very good to prevent damage on transit. But please let me know of any problems when you get your order. Immediately a REPLACEMENT globe and/or metal body will be sent when you provide a photo showing the damage. (I need the photo to compensate from the courier).  

RETURNS & REFUNDS : Return requests should be opened within 30 DAYS after the delivery date. For NOT AS DESCRIBED/BROKEN/DAMAGED return reasons, buyer MUST provide photos to us if we ask for it. If we determine that the return shipping expenses is a lot, we must ask buyer to DISCARD/DESTROY our item and send photos to get refund without return. This decision must be complied by the buyer. Returned items must be in their original re-saleable condition. Up to 50% refund will be issued for used or damaged items.
