What areas do i cover?
Well, Everywhere. I offer 2 services:
Option A
Remote package whereby i draw up your extension with the help of your measuring skills (You provide me with plans and sizes with the help of photos for me to draw up and make it look professional). Using this method i have successfully submitted and gained planning approval as far away as Kent and Manchester. This option is £305 for a single storey extension and £375 for a two storey extension.
Option B
This option i will visit your property anywhere up to a 4 hour drive and have priced accordingly. So far i have submitted applications in most parts of the country, including, Kent, London, Luton, Reading, Derby, Manchester, Hampshire, The isle of Wight!, Newport and Cardiff amongst others! I will produce all necessary plans, and complete the planning application form on your behalf and liaise with the planning officer during the process to get you the permission you need.
A loose breakdown of bandings and fees based on Single storey extensions
SS1 - £410- (Roughly up to 1 hours drive from Cardiff) - Areas around Cardiff, Newport, Swansea, Merthyr Tydfil and Bristol
SS2 - £450 - (Roughly up to 2 hours drive from Cardiff) - Areas up to Swindon, Bath, Gloucester, Pembroke, Reading, Birmingham (within M6/M42)
SS3 - £490 - (Roughly up to 3 hours drive from Cardiff) - Areas up to West London, Nottingham, Derby, Stoke on Trent, Exeter, Portsmouth
SS4 - £550 - (Roughly up to 4 hours drive from Cardiff) - Areas around Central/East London, Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool, Sheffield, Chelmsford, Brighton, Luton
