How to order:

If you are unsure about fitment in any way, please message us firstly before placing a order so we can check fitment compatibility with your model.

We require the 17 digit (VIN) number from the vehicle, this enables us to ensure this part is compatible with your specific model, and the colour is matched to the VIN supplied, If the VIN is not supplied within 3 working days after purchase your order may be cancelled & refunded.

Dispatch times:

Painted items are dispatched within 10 working days (does not include weekends) this is part of the painting process due to drying times etc. Items need to be fully cured before posting to eliminate the risk of damage in the post.

Once an item has been painted & cured it will securely packaged & dispatched royal mail 1st class with a tracking number, to the address as stated on your order.

Returns:

Items can be returned within 14 working days (from the day of receiving the item)

Items that are returned back due to ordering incorrectly, or change of mind will incur in a 25% deduction upon refund, this is due to paint/labour & restocking fee's costs.

This applies for all cancellations that are made within 3 working days of ordering, if a buyer changes there mind or wishes to return the item after this period, a 25% restocking & paint material charge will also be deducted on refunding.

Important notes:

When colour-coding items, in very rare cases a colour match can be out & this can be caused by numerous reasons, for example other panels may have been repainted previously by another bodyshop, using a different shade of paint, or discoloration can occur in cars usually over 5+ years, With all of our items being freshly painted it may appear glossier than the original panels on the car.(depending on age) pigmentation can usually discolour in colours such as reds & whites.. Most vehicle colours have around 5 different shades, all of our parts we supply are painted by us will be in the factory standard shade based on the VIN number & colour code from the vehicle supplied to us, this is to make The buyer aware & must understand this before purchasing.
