Detective Comics #458, 1976, DC.  It's a beaut folks...out of an original owner collection!  Beautiful cover appeal.... appears barely handled and read.  Flat, tight, complete.   Like new cover colors and gloss.  Only obvious defects are a few transverse stress marks along the spine.  Otherwise just the slightest hint of stress from age/handling. Very sharp edges and corners.  All attached well at staples.  At least a 9.0 VF/NM book that should be slabbed.
