I have never heard of Cacos dolls.  They apparently are all musical dolls.  This one is in the original box.  I found at a sale and apparently it has been stored for years.  Box has condition issues.  Doll has NOT been played with.  Music box works great and plays the Theme from Love Story.  The dolls head rotates when the music box is going.  Very interesting addition to any doll collection.  I will over-box the original box to protect it.
