These are refurbished OEM motors , however you may notice some minor surface rust from sitting , which is common .These motors were removed from good clusters sitting on the shelf . If your original doesn't have a resistor pack on the bottom you can remove it .Most air core motors have a resistor . This comes with a resistor installed . Fresh silicone rotor oil .
