Eyes open and close.  Dress is not original outfit and is a little wrinkled but it is very cute.  I put one that I had on her because it looks very pretty.  Her body has some marker staining as shown, and hair needs a little minor restyling.  She has what looks like a voice box in her chest that does not appear to work.
