One XZ Linear Rail gantry plate and 3 nut spacers.

The Ultimate MGN12H Rail Sphinx/WorkBee CNC Gantry Upgrade Plate set designed by Sorin and myself. This design uses a linear rail system rather than wheels. 

Use this Upgrade kit to upgrade your XZ axis to MGN12H linear rail. All plates are made from 6.6mm/.260" thick 6061-T6 Al. These plates are 10% thicker and much stronger than Sphinx plates available elsewhere. All bearing holes are high precision, double counter-bored press-fit holes.

You will need 2 MGN12 250mm long and 2 MGN12 500mm long linear rails, 8 MGN12C rail blocks, 32 M3-10mm screws for the blocks and 70 M3-8mm screws and M3 T- nuts for the rails.

Made in the USA by Blue Ox Solutions (Chris Laidlaw). These plates are CNC machined using 10 different tools, Tapped, chamfered, de-burred and the aluminum is brushed for a beautiful finish.
