A sheet of clear polycarbonate from Palsun®. This versatile, robust plastic has excellent resistance to impact meaning it is exceptionally strong and virtually unbreakable. Due to its strength, low weight and UK class 1 fire rating of polycarbonate it is often the most suitable material for a multitude of private & public-facing applications. This strong, recyclable thermoplastic is primarily manufactured in the UK and is available in an assortment of thicknesses and sizes to satisfy all your design needs.

Fire rating

UK class 1 fire rating.

Impact resistance

Palsun® clear polycarbonate has outstanding impact resistance, around 200 time that of an equivalent glass panel, meaning it has exceptional strength and is essentially unbreakable. 

Light weight

Palsun® Clear Polycarbonate sheet weighs half as much as a similarly sized glass panel mitigating practical problems often faced during fabrication, installation and transportation. 

Weather resistant

Palsun® Clear Polycarbonate sheet performs exceptionally well outside no significant colour alterations expected after 10 years of sunlight exposure. 

Recyclable

Polycarbonate can be fully recycled.

Please note: All images that are used are for presentation purposes. As all monitors are calibrated differently so they will have varying colour settings. Polycarbonate is manufactured with a tolerance of +/- 5% thickness . While we allow a cutting tolerance of +/- 1mm.
