If you are unsure about any product from Wet Tech Rigging, please don't hesitate to ask for friendly and honest advice regarding your specific application. It is recommended a minimum safety factor of 2.5 is applied to the MBL (minimum break load) to give the SWL (safe working load) in static / low load applications. For dynamic, shock and high load applications, a safety factor of 5-6 on the MBL is suggested in line with industry standards for lifting and towing.
