All deliveries
Our fulfilment partner aims to ship every order confirmed and paid for up to 2pm on the same working day (Monday-Friday). Orders made after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day (Monday-Friday excluding Bank Holidays).
Orders made after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday, if expedited postage is paid the order will also be dispatched the following Monday.
We send orders tracked utilising the services of UK Royal mail, UK courier providers and other national and private courier organisations.
- Delivery to all UK mainland addresses is free for standard delivery (3-5 working days).
- Expedited delivery to all UK mainland addresses (1-2 working days, no courier delivery on Saturdays/Sundays), see listing for prices.
- For deliveries outside of the UK, costs are dependent on the weight of product/s purchased and country of destination.
We reserve the right to update these costs at any point without notice. Delivery costs will not change once your order is confirmed.
By ordering online you agree to be available to receive delivery or to collect from a local Post Office / Parcel Shop if required. Some a couriers will attempt delivery on 3 occasions before returning to sender. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs including costs of "refused" and "not called for" orders.
Delivery outside of the UK mainland
By placing your order on this website, you agree to accept all importation charges & fees applied by your customs authority when applicable. Please see your governments customs authority website for details of charges, fees, prohibited items and special importation requirements. Returned or not collected orders will be refunded less postage, administration and return costs.

The Contract Between You and Us
PINK SUN Ltd must receive payment for the product/s that you have ordered before your order is accepted by us. Once payment has been received PINK SUN Ltd will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending you a confirmation email at the email address you have provided when registering on thie website. Once we have acceptance this order a legally binding contract will exist between you and us for the delivery or product/s you have ordered to your provided delivery address.
Refunds, Returns & Uncalled for items
We trust you will be completely satisfied with your purchase but understand that you may change your mind after the item has been delivered. Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of receipt and must be returned in the same condition they were received in to the CORRECT RETURNS ADDRESS. Expedited postage is non-refundable. Arrangement of return postage and all costs remain the responsibility of the Buyer. It is recommended that you retain a proof of posting certificate for any returns just in case it is misplaced by your mail service. Once we have received the returned item we will issue your refund via Ebay.
Items that do not retain their seal or have been partially used may not be returned.
Orders that are returned to sender due to failed delivery “not called for” or "refused" will be refunded less any delivery & return postage and charges incurred. The sending address is different to the address required for authorised returns and refund processing and any insurance cover is voided if an item is refused or not called for, this is a breach of terms and may result in no refund being provided. Please ensure a complete and accurate address is used as postage, packaging and handling costs are non refundable if the address provided is incorrect.
Liability
The maximum liability of PINK SUN Ltd and the user's remedy for any product/s supplied under these Terms & Conditions shall be a replacement or refund by PINK SUN Ltd for the full amount of the product/s. This does not effect your statutory rights.
Pricing & VAT
The price of any products will be as quoted on this site and promotional material, except in cases of obvious error. These are the prices for the products only. For non UK mainland destinations these prices do not include the charge for the delivery services. All UK based VAT will be included in the final price where applicable.
