Introducing Wet Tech Rigging's range of Custom Dyneema Hardware
Top quality, Australian made covered Dyneema soft fairleads in 150 - 3,700 kg SWL's to suit a variety of applications - custom made to order.
Soft fairleads are a handy and easily re-located pulley substitute, utilising all the benefits of a Type 1 covered soft shackle with an integrated Wichard FRX low friction ring, spliced direct with no stitching. Soft fairleads require no tools to attach and are easy to undo, even after being highly loaded. Soft fairleads have very high working loads at a fraction of the weight and cost of an equivalent SWL traditional pulley. Soft fairleads may be used for pulley replacement, snatch blocks, vang/backstay cascades, tweakers, 2:1 systems, turning blocks and so forth
Wet Tech Rigging's covered model takes soft fairleads to another level of strength, longevity, reliability and performance - covered tip to toe in 52-carrier Dyneema Chafe sleeving for ultimate abrasion and UV resistance.

Note: A factor of safety of 2.5 has been added to the independently tested break strength of the component to gain each respective Safe Working Load. "Loop Opening" refers to the stretched length of the soft shackle below the splice, coupled up as it would sit under load. "Length BP-BP" refers to the bearing point to bearing point length of the component, from the upper bearing surface of the low friction ring, to the lower bearing surface of the soft shackle. "Leg Diameter" refers to the diameter of the line forming the working portion of the soft shackle.
If your application requires a critical measurement (passing through a padeye for example) please let us know so we can ensure your requirements are met. Similarly if you have a critical Safe Working Load to be met, please let us know so we can tailor the component to your needs.
