Good. Matte cover shows a few marks, more so on the back. Some wear to boards. Interior pages are somewhat tanned. The odd smudge here or there but overall, clean! Binding tight. No torn or loose pages. The exterior stain on the page edges didn't really bleed into the book very much. One can easily miss it while reading. Please view all photos provided.
