This is a new sealed counted cross stitch kit from Bucilla, THE BEST OF CHRISTMAS, # 82989.  Designed by Linda Gillum, this is about 12" x 12".  Santa is resting in his chair next to the fire with cookies in his lap, a dog at his knee and surrounded by the wonderful toys of Christmas.
