David Winter Cottages "Wreckers Cottage" 0120/4300 BOX No COA. Pre owned

There is no COA but the box and the sculpture says 0120/4300

There are some white spots on the points of one of the chimney’s. I don’t think it’s chips as it doesn’t feel rough. Just wanted to mention it
