A 5mm Cast Acrylic Sheet with a matte finish on both sides providing a Frosted effect which resembles a sandblasted surface. This light weight, hard wearing, weather resistant, recyclable material has a textured finish and is available in a wide range of colours and sizes to satisfy all your design needs.

Fire rating

UK class 3 fire rating.

Light transmission

Frosted coloured acrylic is slightly transparent (between 17%-90% light transmission given the colour selected); such that an object placed behind the material would be visible but the amount of detail that will be distinguishable will vary depending on the colour chosen. 

Matte finish

Coloured Frosted Cast Acrylic has a double-sided matte finish producing a slightly textured look akin to a sandblasted surface.  

Light weight

Coloured Frosted cast acrylic sheet weighs half as much as a similarly sized glass panel mitigating practical problems often faced during fabrication, installation and transportation. 

Weather resistant

Coloured Frosted cast acrylic sheet performs well outside with no significant colour alterations expected over 10 years of sunlight exposure. 

Recyclable

Cast Acrylic can be fully recycled to the monomer, its primary raw material.

As all monitors are calibrated differently so they will have varying colour settings. Cast acrylic is manufactured with a tolerance of +/- 10% plus 0.4mm in its thickness . While we allow a cutting tolerance of +/- 1mm.
