Most embroidery looks perfect with white bobbin thread — even on dark fabrics. Embroidery stitches completely cover the bobbin thread, so color is invisible. Only buy black if all three are true: (1) dark sheer fabric, (2) light will show through because fabric is thin, (3) your design will not fully cover the back.

75D/2 is a fine filament polyester thread. Your machine must have adjustable bobbin tension for optimal results. Fixed-tension machines may require a different thread weight.
