Our 2:1 epoxy laminating resin system is a two part high strength resin. It is water resistant which makes it perfect for a variety of composite applications including boats and surfboards. It has good flexibility, fast wet out, and is high gloss.

Other popular uses:
-As an adhesive for bonding fiberglass, wood, metal and some plastics
-Fiberglass parts
- Creates high performance and light weight parts
-Mix with fillers to achieve thixotropic properties for high strength adhesives

Application:
-The ideal working temperature for epoxy resin is 75-80 degrees. It is important that the room, resin and surface area are all 75-80 degrees.
-Make sure surface is prepped and free of dust or other contaminates before mixing epoxy.
-Accurate measuring is very important. This 2:1 mix ratio epoxy is measured by volume. Two parts epoxy resin to one part hardener.
-Thoroughly mix for 3-5 minutes making sure to scrape the sides and bottom of container.
-Apply with fiberglass roller, brush, squeegee or spreader.
-Wear appropriate safety clothing when working with resin

Storage:
-Store epoxy resin in cool, dry area.

Slow hardener- Gel time of 45-60 minutes in 77 degrees Fahrenheit.
