Day one - different types of wood are sawn to bars, then planing, gluing
Day two - planing, grinding
Day three - seven: construction of the frames
Day eight - grinding, pruning, milling, grinding, raising fibers with water 2 times, grinding with emery paper, impregnating with mineral oil, drying 5-12 hours
Day nine - waxing, drying for 5 hours minimum
Food grade mineral oil (analog of medical mineral oil, FDA approved) is used to prolong service life of the cutting board, to protect against bacteria. Mineral oil is tasteless and odorless. It could be bought in any pharmacy.
Wax is used to cover the surface.
Titebond ultimate III wood Glue is used to glue.
4 rubber feet are attached with stainless steel screws!
The cutting board should not be used in the oven, microwave oven.
