A zippered, two panel, Gear Compartment with an 8"X 16" document pocket, a 5"X 5" zippered mesh pocket, a 5"X 4" calculator pocket with velcro and 3 pencil pockets. 

This panel faces a panel with six 4"X 5" mesh pockets with velcro fasteners.

All black, using waterproof nylon and nylon webbing.

Comfortable, two-snap, leather hand-strap and a sturdy padded shoulder strap.
