Regarding Combined Shipping for Postcards.

We will combine shipping for multiple postcards for a single shipping charge when purchased at the same time or with other items based on postage cost adjusted for the shipping method required. Example: Postcards cannot be combined with books shipping via USPS Media Mail, but we will combine shipping based on items in the shipping and adjust accordingly.  

For orders with 4+ postcards or with individual postcard valuing $20 or more, we ship USPS Ground Select*.

If not offered combined shipping at check out, please click the combine shipping option and we will generate an invoice with combined shipping based on items in the order.

 

We Offer Two Shipping Options for Postcards:

USPS Ground Select (more protected against damage in transit)*: 

We pack the postcard(s) between 2 pieces of box cardboard to protect the card(s). The package is more than 0.25 thick to ensure that it does not bend in transit and arrives in good condition and ships USPS Ground Select. This is a more expensive shipping option but offers the most protection against damage in transit and is how orders with 4 or more postcards or with individual postcards of $20 or more are shipped.


eBay® Standard Envelope for Trading Cards, Stamps, Postcards & Coins for items $20 or less:

NOTE: While this is option is much less expense this means NO box cardboard protection for the card since we are NOT allowed to use Bubble Mailers, Box Cardboard Packages, or any packaging made of plastic or rigid material and must be less than .025" thick. To use this option, we needed to use a standard #10 envelop with minimal protection. This means that envelop is more prone to bend in transit and we cannot guarantee the postcard will arrive without transit damage.  USPS Ground Select offers much better shipping protection and is what we recommend.

Washington State residents must pay sales tax on total amount including shipping and need to e-mail prior to payment since a zip code is needed to determine and calculate sales tax rate. Please wait for invoice for payment.

I use eBay®'s checkout system. Upon auction/store item completion, I will issue an invoice via eBay® checkout system with total along with shipping options to the buyer or you will be prompted for immediate payment. I send invoices as a courtesy.

I do not require that you use the email invoice for payment. You can always login directly to the eBay® website and pay for an item in the My eBay® section. This is the best way to pay since it helps eliminate the chances of a spoofed e-mail or invoice.

Returns:

I purchased a book or item from johnscb and now I want to return it. What do I do?

Items can be returned within fourteen days of receiving if item is returned in original sellable condition. Refunds are processed once the merchandise is received less shipping and handling unless johnscb determines the return is due to seller error. Return shipping and handling is the responsibility of the buyer.

Send an e-mail through eBay®’s mail system with a description of the issue or reason. Please include the Auction ID/Store Item number and a description of the item for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return instructions. 

The fourteen-day return period starts from the time and date of delivery indicated by the delivery confirmation tracking number.

Refunds are processed once the merchandise is received and are credited/issued via the original payment method.

Artwork returns:

Artwork can be returned within fourteen days of receiving the work provided that the work is returned in original sellable condition. Damaged artwork returns:

If artwork arrives damaged, please e-mail as soon as possible. Please save original packaging and note any condition issues with the box, etc. Shipper may require the original packaging before an insurance claim can be filed.
