Offered here is this wonderful small watercolor of a child, a beautiful little girl with puffy sleeves dressed in the era, sitting in a rose back chair.  

Set in a contemporary oval frame and matted, 13" x 10 3/4".  There a bit of soiling to the paper, but otherwise, as my pictures show, she's as good as you're ever likely to see a piece like this.  Beyond this, then, my pictures tell the rest of the story.
