Return Policy & Shipping Policy

All returns must be made within 30 days of recieving item. We will accept returns if we have made an error in the Description of an Item or if a item is defective. Items that have been installed,powered,altered, damaged or that are unsaleable will not be accepted. You must E-mail us at 0 to get approval and RMA #. We do not accept any Returns without authorization. If a return is approved you will be given a return authorization number that must be sent back with the item. WE will refund the amount of the Item Only.Less Restocking Fee. You will not be refunded shipping and handling costs. Refunds will be issued within 7 days after the item is recieved by us. The amount refunded will be the price of the item less our origional shipping cost(also on free shipping items) Minus 15% restocking(mininum 8.00) charge. If there is a problem with a item let us know. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Any time a item has to be returned we all loose so make sure before you buy. We ship to USA via USPS and UPS (we use the most affordable). Next Day  shipping is not available. If you are from outside the 48 States we may ship. The shipping cost will be more. Thanks
