This auction is for a great, scarce old advertisement for homes for sale in Williamsburg and Richmond, Virginia! This ad was featured in a late 1970's issue of Antiques Magazine. Antiques Magazine has very few real estate ads, so this ad is quite rare. This is the original ad clipped out of Antiques Magazine...not a reproduction! There are small photos of the houses in the ad. The ad was run by Jim and Pat Carter Real Estate and Sotheby Parke Bernet International Realty on Cary Street in Williamsburg. The houses in the ad are at 200 W. Franklin St in Richmond, VA (Virginia Historic Landmark and on a 92 acre tract, 1/2 hour from Richmond) and on 110 Cary St. in Williamsburg, VA. Please note that this is a small ad, measuring only about 5" x 3 3/4". The ad will be packaged carefully in a clear archival storage bag and shipped flat. The ad has some wear from age (see photos).

This is really a terrific, scarce vintage ad...perfect for framing!
