Nordic or Fair-Isle knit hat, made in Canada, by Capello. 100% wool in lime, teal, and purple (looks like royal blue in pics), with ear flaps, a tie under the chin, and a cute long tassel at the top. Soft cotton knit liner so the warm wool doesn't irritate baby's sweet head.  

Seems baby or toddler sized, but check measurements to be sure - measures about 10" across flat (so maybe 20" around UNstretched), and from top to edge is about 9". 

Great condition...non-smoking home too.
