We accept returns for any reason. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving item and shipped back within 30 days after authorization. We do not accept returns for international purchases - all international sales are final.
For domestic returns, we will refund the cost of the item minus the cost of shipping. Additional 4% restocking fee will be charged on all orders placed using PayPal. The item must be shipped to us in the exact same condition in which it was shipped to you, with security tags attached.
For watches that come wrapped in our signature tape, returns will not be accepted if the tape has been removed. If you wish to remove the tape to confirm authenticity, you must first decide if you are satisfied with the appearance of the timepiece.
