SHIPPING & HANDLING

All orders are shipped via Australia Post with free standard delivery for all Australian orders. International and Express shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

For an approximate delivery timeframe and our handling times, please refer to the postage, pickup, returns and payments section of the eBay listing. Please note that delivery dates provided by eBay are estimates and not guaranteed. We advise against relying solely on these dates. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us to confirm availability.

RETURNS

We kindly ask that you read our full return policy before placing an order.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be in brand new condition and in their original packaging. Each returned item will be inspected upon receipt, and if any issues are found, we may not be able to assist further. Return postage is the buyer's responsibility.

Faulty items: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we apologise and please don’t worry. Contact us with a few photos of the issue, and we will be happy to assist in resolving the problem.

Exchanges due to incorrect size: We encourage you to refer to the size charts provided to ensure you select the correct size. However, we understand that shopping online can be tricky. If you’ve ordered the wrong size, we’re happy to exchange the garment for the correct size or another item of equal value.

Refunds: Please note that refunds are only available for items with a manufacturer's fault. In the rare event that a refund is processed, please be aware that a restocking fee of 25% of the total order price will apply. 

OTHER INFORMATION

Sizing: As lingerie sizing can vary between boutiques, we recommend ordering according to the size charts provided.

Sizing on tags: We work with multiple manufacturers, so some items may have numerical sizing while others use letter sizing. All our sizing follows standard Australian sizing, and we list sizes numerically. Please be aware that the tag may show letter sizing instead. If you’re ever unsure about sizing, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Size chart: Our size chart measurements are taken by hand, so please allow for a small margin of error (1-2cm). All measurements on the chart are stretched.

Colours: The colour of your garment may vary slightly due to different screen settings on computers and mobile devices.

Washing instructions: Cold hand-wash only.
