Tag says size 8 - but please see the measurements I've provided. I suspect sizes ran quite differently 50 years or so ago!

Armpit to armpit - 15 1/2

Waist - 12 ( Elastic & quite stretchy)

Armpit to bottom of dress - 45

Strap drop - 4 1/2 in front
