A prominent feature in that the safety performance, i.e. in case of fan failurewhen stalled, PTC heater due to lack of adequate heat dissipation, the power will be automatically sharp decline, then the surface temperatureof the heater is maintained at about the rated temperature.

Heating power can be from small to large and then down to small, be stable at last. Stable power adjust with Radiating condition. We markedthe power reference value, the actual may not be the same in different environment. Good Radiating condition, the output power will be higher.
