This auction is for 8 Tail Gate Latch Rod Retainers (correct, as pictured).  If your tailgate latch handle does not open your tailgate correctly, these clips will need to be installed.  Only two clips are required for each tailgate (one red, one blue), but this auction is for 8, so stash a couple in the glove box for a rainy day!  Or use them on the doors (GM used the same rod retainer).

These clips will also fit the left and right hand side Exterior Door Latch Handle Rods! 

GM used the same retainer for many many years, so they fit all 1999 and up!
