Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually the same business day.  If your order is placed on the weekends, it will ship the following business day.  We look forward to your valued business!

Returns

								Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.

If you simply decide you do not want or need the item, you will pay return shipping and the return must be in original packaging, and must NOT have been installed.  Returns must be received no later than 30 days from the date of purchase.  NO EXCEPTIONS!
