Innovative 12 Volt Products is proud to offer a video integration interface that will allow you to add many important functions to your factory navigation or color multimedia screen. This interface is NOT a Navigation system and it DOSEN'T replace your Navigation System or Navigation Screen.

Our interface is equipped with 3 Video Inputs, 1 Video Output and 1 Camera Inputs. Video inputs can be controlled by a switch or the iDrive and is designed to be used for DVD, Game Consoles, PC’s, and iPod / iPhone / iPad Video (There is NO iPod / iPhone / iPad Charging, Controls. Additional items are required for video). Camera Input is designed for Rearview camera. When the vehicle is in reverse gear the screen will automatically switch and the Rearview camera will be displayed on your navigation screen.

Our video interface is 100% Plug & Play BUT requires wire splicing to power our unit and CAN wires. We will provide a detailed vehicle specific instructions to guide you through the installation.

Warranty
Innovative 12 volt Products warrants its products against any defect in workmanship or materials under normal use and service, as long as the original buyer of product owns the vehicle the product was installed in. For each claim under this warranty product/s or part/s please contact us A new product or components will be shipped to you ASAP. Please request to receive RA#. Any packages send without return or exchange authorization number will not be accepted. RA# must be visible on the packaging box.

Damaged Product
If product has been damaged and mishandled during shipment by shipping carrier (UPS, USPS) you must contact your local carrier office within 48 hours after delivery and claim for damage. After we receive authorization from shipping carrier new product will be ship to you again. Do not return damaged product to us. Shipping carrier will pick it up after your claim.

Return And Exchange an item you must:
* Request Return Authorization Number from us, with in 30 days of receipt of the product. Or you can use your eBay ITEM ID:
* Clearly post RA# or eBay item ID on outside of the package.

* We will refund your money within 24-48 hours. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
* We will refund full amount only if there was a mistake on our side.

All returns are subject to 25% re-stocking fee. All exchanges are subject to 15% re-stocking fee. Re-stocking fee does not apply if returns or exchange is a result of our error. Products returned to the company without a return authorization number will be refused by the company or discarded without record.

Return authorization number or eBay item id must be visible on the packaging box. The returned package must be received within 10 business days of the Return authorization number issued date.

All products must be in perfect condition, in the original package.

Any custom made products are not refundable.
