Shipping

Delivery to Australian domestic addresses only, no international shipping. All shipping options are for mainland Australia & Tasmania only. 

We use Australia Post for our deliveries, who allow postage to PO Boxes unlike other courier companies. Please make sure your eBay details are valid and the address and contact phone number are correct so we can contact you if there are any issues with your consignment.

Larger items are tracked and tracking numbers will be emailed to you upon shipping. Smaller items are sent as letters which are not tracked.

Items located within a 25km radius of our office may be delivered by hand to ensure the best possible service to our customers. If you do not feel comfortable with this, please let us know and we will send the item with Australia Post instead. This service is not offered when a radius lockdown is in place of 5km.

Express delivery options are available for faster delivery upon checkout.

Australian delivery normally takes 3-5 days from the shipping date depending upon your location. Please allow 7 - 10 business days for WA and remote locations. An ETA will be provided in your My eBay section of eBay. Please be aware this is "estimate only". Express Parcel: 1-2 business days to most areas by Australia Post.

Australian Lockdowns

With lockdowns happening across Australia at any given time, we have noticed shipping delays for some items with Australia Post. Please allow 2-3 weeks before opening an item not received case, especially if there is a lockdown in place in any part of Australia.

We are operating as usual, and hence the Shipping & Service schedule is up to date unless otherwise noted.

Service

We will dispatch your order by post either on the same day or 1 business day after receiving cleared funds. If we are on holiday items will be sent on the day after our return.

Orders (seperate or combined) which have a total cost of over $100 will be posted with signature required postage. If no one is home to sign for your item, a card will be left requiring ID to collect your item from your nerest post office.

We pack every order carefully to ensure it reaches you in good condition. 

Maps are carefully packed in clear plastic resealable sleeves to protect against water damage while in transit. These can be reused to protect your maps when in use.
