Two sturdy 7 inch diameter by 1 1/2 inch plus wide hard rubber plastic wheels that came off of an electric lawnmower. There are also two gray beauty caps. Each wheel weighs about 15 ounces. These were made in the USA. They come a little dirty but they are intact and quite sturdy. Please see photos.
