Cancel Offer/Payment - Policy
Top_Brand_Optic does not approve cancellation requests in the following situations:
1. The Buyer accepted our offer and didn't pay.
2. Top_Brand_Optic accepted the buyers offer and he didn't pay.
3. The Buyer already paid.
To avoid any inconvenience please read our policy before conducting an offer.

We sell overstock of local eye wear companies to help them liquidate inventory in order to accommodate any new incoming items.
All glasses will come with pouch and/or eye glass case and demo lens inserted into the frames.
All
frames are shipped with demo lens and will simply need to be taken to
your local eye wear store to be swapped out with your personal
prescription or lens desire
