This fun collectors drinking glass tumbler is part of a set of Smurf promotional glasses from 1983, by Wallace Berrie & Co., Peyo. It features Handy Smurf with hammer and nails, putting up a poster of Azrael the cat. There are party hats, balloons and Smurfs that are partying among the mushrooms. These were promotional glasses given out by Hardees Restaurants.

Handy Smurf, wearing overalls, a visor attached to the front of his cap, and with a pencil above his ear, is the handyman of the Smurfs. He helps fix things in the village and is known for his amazing technological inventions.

The Smurfs is a Belgian comic and television franchise centered on a group of small blue fictional creatures called Smurfs, created and first introduced as a series of comic strips by the Belgian cartoonist Peyo (pen name of Pierre Culliford) on October 23, 1958.
