Some products may damage your car engine if incorrectly fitted, if you don't know about the item you are buying and if you don't know if it’s going to be right for your car, you should research the item through the manufacturer prior to making your purchase or email to our staff for more information before you buying. All products selling in EPRacing are for off road use only.

Delivery
We have our own appointed courier service that provides fast and efficient delivery service to our Customers. We normally despatch our item by next day delivery but is depends on stock and avaliability. All items can be send through out UK mainland, Scotland and N.Ireland. International orders are subject to weight and destination charges, please contact us and check for further information before you place an order.
Return & Exchange policy
Returns for exchange or refund will be allowed within 7 (seven) Working days from receipt of the item. All items return must be in the same condition as it was send out (unused and its under original packaging). All packaging, documentation, invoice, packing slip, warrant cards, instructions and hardware must also be retuned. Item will NOT be refunded or exchange if there shows signs of having been installed, modified, painted or not return to us complete.
Freight Damaged & Insurance Claims
Parcel must be checked carefully for damages before signing for package. Even if the package is in good condition open it immediately and check for hidden damages. If the item was not checked during delivery and are signed for as received in good condition, but later found the item was damaged your insurance claim will not be valid and if We cannot claim for the damage we have the right to reject your claim or replacement the damage item.
