Shipping
All shipments include tracking number, signature, and insurance.
"Signature requirement is mandatory for items above $350.
Some purchases (depending on value) may be subjected to Held for Pickup at your local Fedex Facility. We will notify you prior to shipment."
Watch orders take 3-5 days of handling time and ship Fedex priority overnight with (Excluding weekends)

Returns
If the buyer is not satisfied with our product, an exchange or refund will be available within 14 days.
Buyer pays the return shipping charge. Refund will be denied if
(1) The watch is worn (2) Removed links (3) Negligent use of the timepiece (4) Interacting with Internal Mechanisms.

Return Instructions: Select “Return this item”, then select “ I don’t need it anymore”
The payment will be refunded within 2-3 business days upon the receipt of the return item.
