This is a vintage sterling silver (marked) medal charm or pendant with "St. Lawrence" in letters at the top, and the figure of St. Lawrence holding a palm branch, which is a symbol for martyrdom. The medal is 3/4 inch in diameter, and weighs 3.9 grams.  The figure of St. Lawrence is slightly raised.  The medal has a maker's mark with JCC and a cross in a circle.  The medal is in excellent condition.
