BawdyPartz is a small American operation and most items are made by BawdyPartz in the USA by Americans and we are very proud of that.

If there is a problem with you order, and they do happen, PLEASE contact us first.  Don't just leave negative feedback. 
We go out of our way to insure your delight with our products.  If it is our error we'll make it good at our expense including postage.  In extreme cases of disappointment with any of our products, we will not only give a complete refund including postage, but will Pay the Return shipping as well.

Keep in mind that shipping is out of our hands once it is posted.  We have found that the Postal Service DOES like to hold up the delivery of our products specially International orders (Customs) and we are unsure why.  Please, this is something we have no control over!!!
