Details: This is a scarce old science/adventure novel for teenage boys.

"Can five people - two men and three regular, normal teen-age boys simply vanish from the face of the earth for more than a year? .....It begins when Arnold and Russ set out on a camping trip in a wild and primeval area. Little do they realize what unique experiences are ahead when they make their way into the thickly forested mountains. While hiking, the boys stumble across a phenomenon - a brook flowing uphill. This accidental discovery leads them into the confidence of a world-famous scientist, conducting highly secretive research in the wilderness. To preserve a necessary screen of privacy, Russ and Arnold join forces with the scientist, his father and son, and in the process find themselves right in the middle of scientific developments of international importance."

Contains eight illustrations.

A great addition for your rare book collection!

Condition: The book shows very little wear, a gift inscription is written in the front,  otherwise in good condition with a solid binding and clean pages.

The clipped dust jacket shows a little edge wear with a tear along the fold of the front flap, else very good.
