PAYMENT POLICY

·        PLEASE NOTE THOSE WISHING TO USE PAYPAL MUST SELECT SIGNATURE/TRACKING FREIGHT

·        Full payment including postage must be sent, received and cleared prior to dispatch.

·        Payment methods accepted are: EFT, credit card over the phone, bank deposit, phone banking, money order/cheque or PayPal.

SHIPPING POLICY

·        Dispatch of orders will generally occur the same or next business day once payment has cleared

·        All attempts to list accurate postage costs have been made, however, all buyers especially those in rural and regional areas should enquire prior to purchase to ensure delivery to their area is available and to confirm a freight quote!!

·        We use a number of freight partners to have your items delivered and many will require a signature upon delivery.

·        Buyers are requested to provide a daytime address where someone will be available sign for the delivery, as such often PO boxes are unsuitable

RETURNS POLICY

·        Returns will ONLY be accepted for wrongly supplied items or for GENUINE warranty claims

·        All other returns are subject to a restocking fee

·        All returns MUST be prior approved by 4x4 DIRECT

·        All returns MUST be received within 14 days of return approval

·        All returns MUST be in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition

·        Return shipping MUST be paid by the buyer unless otherwise approved
