  The hardcover book is in good minus condition, free from rips, tears, writing, and bends.  All pages are lightly toned, the end pages have stains and the previous owner's name is written on the front end page.   The boards are in good minus condition with light wear around the edges, and a few small stains.  The binding is fairly tight and square.  This is a First Edition, Nigel Strangeways Mystery and very collectible.
