This is from a Genuine Fender Squier guitar.  Fits virtually all Fender / Squier brand electric guitars and bass guitars that have a 4-bolt neck.  Screw length is 1 1/2 inches.  This part was removed from a genuine Fender Squier Guitar right out of the box.  The guitar had never been played.
