Shipping Process:

The shipping process is Free Standard Shipping.  At this time, most orders are shipped from Des Moines, Iowa.  The shipment times are usually 2-3 days depending on what region of country the item is going.  If you do not receive your order within 5-7 days, please drop me an email.  I am easy to deal with.  My service to you is my biggest selling point along with the quality of products.

Returns:

It is my hope that the way an item is listed that you will feel comfortable buying it with no intention of returning it.  If after receiving your item, you have a concern, please communicate that concern with me before initiating a Return process.  If the concern can be remedied, then  I have a satisfied customer.
