Do not dip your probe directly into the bottle or reuse the solution after calibration.

The pH meter store solution helps prevent your pH probe from drying out and losing sensitivity. It also cleans the probe from any contaminants that may affect the readings. Just cut the probe foam to fit your meter cap and soak it in the solution. Then insert your probe into the foam and cap it.
