Description
This is for a total of 30 pcs size 2.5" x 9.75" replacement pre-filtersthat fit a standard Reverse Osmosis System or any standard 10-inch housing.
Stage 1Standard Size 2.5”x 9.75” Sediment Filter. Filters sediment particles such as silt, sand, rust, dirt, and other undissolved particles.
Stage 2
Standard Size 2.5”x 9.75” Granulated activated carbon (GAC). Adsorbs and removes bad taste and odors. Also a large variety of organic contaminants such as chlorine and chemicals linked to cancer, like pesticides, herbicides, insecticides, Trihalomethanes, Benzene, and many volatile organic compounds such as VOC's, PCB's, MTBE's along with hundreds of other chemicals and contaminants that may be present in our water.
Stage 3
Standard Size 2.5”x 9.75” Carbon Block Filter. Removes chlorine, bad taste and odor, organic solvents, and organic chemicals that contribute to bad taste and odor.
- 30 pcs size 2.5" x 9.75" replacement pre filters that fit a standard Reverse Osmosis System or any standard 10 inch housing. The cartridges are individually wrapped for freshness. Please unwrap the cartridges before using them.
- The Sediment filter (5 micron) is the first filter of Reverse Osmosis unit. Sediment filters are used to remove particles such as sand, dirt, silt, and rust. To remove these particles it allows a better performance for the following Carbon Block or GAC filters.
- Granulated Activated Carbon (GAC) filter adsorbs and removes bad taste and odors. Also a large variety of organic contaminants such as chlorine, pesticides, herbicides, insecticides, trihalomethanes, and many other chemicals.
- Carbon Block filter (5 micron) Removes chlorine, bad taste and odor, organic solvents and organic chemicals that contribute to bad taste and odor.
