Pollution of the nozzles is an essential problem in 3D printing. Both inward deposits on the nozzle, as well as external encrustations have a negative impact. Our nozzles have beside their high precision a special non-stick coating, which prevents these deposits effectively and reliably. So you no longer have to constantly clean the nozzle and the service life is several times higher than conventional nozzles.


INC Non-stick and hard coating:
  • Reduces the extrusion force
  • Reduces the risk of deposits both inside and outside
  • High hardness of the coating of 45-50Rc for a long service life
  • Reduces the "curling" of the plastic during the extrusion
